Ah yes, leave it to me to be late! Must be the wanting to make the "dramatic entrance" thing! Greetings Ned and your wife, hope both of are enjoying the site. I haven't heard of any audio versions of the books; seems that the series is being rereleased on DVD. But I'm sure that Amazon.com may have it, they seem to carry almost everything else!
Hello Mr and Mrs Nampara. I got 8 of the 12 novels from charity shops and the DVDs and despite being in a 'reading group' still prefer to read and re-read the tales from Cornwall and feel warm and cosy.
Hello and Welcome to the forum......I am currently re-reading all the Poldark Novels in Hardback which I recently managed to buy from Amazon and E-bay at various different prices, some as little as £0.01p + package and posting. I have also managed to buy a few on audio tape, and I will let you know if I see any up for sale.....my Ross Poldark audio was a bargain.
I have currently finished reading Demelza and have now started reading Jeremy.....
Hi Ned and your wife. Welcome to the forum, so glad you found us and please feel free to join in as many discussions as you want to as we love to chat Poldark to our heart's content. Winston Graham is such a superb storyteller and I believe that one of the reasons that his Poldark saga is so successful is because of his skill at creating wonderfully believable characters who we can all relate to, giving Poldark an absolutely timeless appeal ensuring that once read, it's never forgotten and is beloved by readers of all ages.
Look forward to seeing you here again and hope you enjoy posting.

Both my wife and I love Poldark after falling in love with the TV series in '70's
I bought the full set in Paperback for my wife and later the Video's.
We have recently been watching Poldark re-runs on a Documentary Channel called 'Yesterday' Although we have been married for 46 years we love to settle down and watch Poldark in what I can only describe as utter joy.
Like someone mentioned earlier I have poor eyesight and listen to Audio Books. Has anyone found Poldark Audio Books websites?
I look forward to your posts over the coming Months. Only sorry it took me so long to find you.
