Hi PG, just had a look at the Heartbeat website and found that the episode screened on 2 July was called 'Home Truths' from Series 10, episode 150 and was filmed in 2000-2001. The episode 'Judgement Day' is episode 290 of Series 15 filmed in 2005-2006 so will probably have to wait a while for this to be screened in the future. Hope Robin's not playing a villain in this one! Wonder if anyone has uploaded any Heartbeat on Youtube ..........................? off to take a look ....
Update: Disappointed..............can't find any clips for either of these episodes

Is there any way that we can find out when the other episode of Heartbeat that RE was in ie Judgement Day will be shown on the repeats that are now on ITV3? I am not very computer literate (only used one for the past 20 years but always had an IT department to take care of the nitty gritty - can drive a car but don't know whats under the bonnet syndrome).
Entirely agree, he's matured deliciously, looking fit and fantastic exuding an aura of gentlemanly charm and sheer sexual magnetism. Really can't understand why he hasn't been snapped up to play many other roles calling for handsome, charming, more mature characters, it must have been a deliberate choice on his part to limit his acting career.
Watching him last night in Heartbeat, it struck me that if his hair was dyed back to the coppery dark colour of his youth, he could still easily pass for Ross Poldark aged 40. Equally, he looks absolutely gorgeous with his distinguished silver grey hair and I have no problem at all in thinking that, even now, he could pull off the role of the older Ross to perfection.
Stangely though, it was odd to see him playing the part of a villain, he will always be the honourable perfect gentleman in my eyes!

Saw the programme yesterday - boy has he aged well - can't think of any other man of my generation (I am about 4 years younger than Robin Ellis) who has aged so well - must be all that French sunshine!!
Just a reminder about this program today. If you can't catch it, it should be available on ITV Player Catch Up from tomorrow, usually for about 30 days.
Heartbeat ITV3 July 2nd 12:30-13:30 and 18:00-19:00.
Robin Ellis guest stars in this epsiode entitled Home Truths from 2001. Funnily enough it was on earlier in the year while UKTV History were running Poldark the first time.
