I wish that there was more description of little Noelle looks and personality, does she share some of her father traits, like playing with animals or perhaps she might like to draw. I know five is very young to draw someone personality, but little people can have so much personality!  I hope her looks would come from the Poldark side, maybe from one of her two aunts, Clowance or Bella or even better the ageless granny Demelza.  Its nice to see Ross and Demelza as grandparents, the way Noelle greets her grandfather let one know that she know him well is very comfortable with him and I am sure its the same with her grandmother.

I have to admit that out of all the Travanions, I disliked Cuby mother the most.  I hated the way she treated Jeremy, she seem to me to someone who always had a sour expression.  It would not have ever worked if Cuby sister and mother came with her to live at Nampara.

Hopefully Cuby and Philip would come together these two wounded souls need each other to heal. I liked Philip and I think Cuby would be good for him, and plus he would in someway be part of the Poldark family.  Cuby is lucky that she has a mother in law like Demelza.

The same true of getting more description of the third generation of Poldarks and Warleggans.  I wanted to know who did Herny favor, or Juana and of course the Warleggan twins and little Georgie.

I'm hoping that she will turn out to be a lot like Demelza!

I quite warmed to Philip Prideaux.  He was intelligent and certainly cared for Clowance and then Cuby.

His intelligence, and bravery, certainly helped Demelza!  What tragedy would have occurred if it was not for him....

I think the 'problem' of Cuby, Clemency and Noelle living at Nampara would have come in the shape of her mother, Mrs Bettesworth.... Can't see Ross and her living comfortably under one roof, Wally.  Ross did help them to find a place though, and the book implies that he spent some money on alterations and improvements.

Wonder what Cuby would have done in a 13th book?  Married Philip Prideaux do you think?  I always think he is a bit squirmy - suppose he had PTSD which he had to work through alone.

 I agree on Frances Bettesworth.

Not much of Noelle is seen in the last book, "Bella". It is suprising, in that Cuby remains with the Trevanions at Caerhays, then Prideux Place, rather than Nampara. It is inferred that Noelle has an excellent relationship with Clemency and Cuby, and eagerly greets Ross on his visit to Prideaux Place. After John Trevanions flight to avoid debtors prison, it would seem natural for Cuby, Noelle, and Clemency to come to Nampara to live.
