All I saw was a little box with a red cross in the top left, and couldn't get it up.

Nice one!!

Interesting article Ross, thanks for posting it. Hard to believe its over thirty years since it was written and wonder if the BBC realised just how successful the tv series was going to be when the Radio TImes published that edition.

Hi Amber

Not quite clear on what you mean by getting the article up ? Getting it to appear ?

I assume you have already scrolled down to the bottom first post (yesterday's date) where it should be clearly visible ? If you have are you still unable to see anything ? If unable what browser are you using ? Explorer 7, Firefox....? And what operating system ? Windows XP, 2000, Millenium, earlier or other ?

Thanks

Ross smile

Loved reading this article Ross,  found the the bit about the word 'hornywink' especially amusing, can't remember finding it in the novels but it put me in mind of the word 'meggyhowler' used to describe large moths.  Don't you just love Poldark, thank goodness for WG, life would be so much the worst without his gifted writing. reading.gifbiggrin
