Thank you all for the welcome.   Great to see that there are so many of us Poldarkians out there who share a love of everything connected with the characters.  Look forward to talking to you all and discussing the wonderful books.

Hello poldarkgirl and welcome.  We are always delighted to see another poldark fan and look forward to talking about the books, tv series and the brilliance of Winston Graham. Things are really livening up now  since the recent showing of poldark and we are hoping more fans will find their way here when its shown again in june.

I think we are all in agreement that Winston Graham created such realistic and memorable characters that once introduced to them , you feel they are a part of  your life. I love stepping into my poldark world and just absorbing myself in the lives of these wonderful people who never let me down and who are reassuringly familiar.

Hi to all those Poldark fans worldwide.  Have been a fan of the books and series since the 70s and have just re-read all 12 books and seen the series on the History channel and the DVDs.  So glad that there are others out there who feel the same way as I do.  Winston Graham really got under a character's skin and made them come alive.
